Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Kansas City, Missouri for the 2026–2027 school year. This role involves providing direct support to students with behavioral and academic needs, helping them succeed in a structured school environment.

Position Details:

Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Setting: Onsite only
School Year: 2026–2027

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 or small group support in the classroom
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Assist with academic instruction and daily classroom activities
Collect and track data on student progress and behavior
Support students’ social, emotional, and functional development
Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary staff

Qualifications:

Active Substitute or Paraprofessional certification through DESE OR
Active RBT certification through the BACB
Experience working with children or students with special needs preferred
Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills

Additional Information:

Supervision for RBTs will be provided
