Event Marketing & Customer Engagement Associate – Oak Brook, IL The Catalyst Corporation | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Full Paid Training | Gas Stipend | Uncapped Bonuses The Catalyst Corporation is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Event Marketing & Customer Engagement Associates in Oak Brook, IL . This entry-level position provides hands‑on experience in event marketing, customer engagement, sales, brand promotion, and customer acquisition . You'll work directly with customers in retail locations, promotional events, and other face‑to‑face environments while representing nationally recognized client brands. No previous marketing or sales experience is required. We provide full paid training, ongoing mentorship, and hands‑on coaching to help new team members develop professionally and succeed in the role. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to our Oak Brook, IL office for training, meetings, and daily team operations.
