Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pet Care Pro to become a valuable part of our team. As a Pet Care Pro, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the happiness and well-being of the animals entrusted to our care. Your primary responsibilities will include providing companionship, engaging in play and exercise activities, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. In addition to those responsibilities, we are specifically interested in candidates with sharp observational skills to guarantee the overall health and contentment of our furry guests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care and attention to each pet based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Engage in play and exercise activities with pets to promote their physical and mental well-being.
• Monitor and document pet behavior, disposition, bathroom habits, and any other health concerns.
• Clean and maintain kennels, play areas, and outdoor areas to ensure a hygienic and safe environment.
• Collaborate and communicate with other team members, Shift Leaders, and Management to ensure the health and happiness of all in-house animals.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pet care, grooming, or a related field is required.
• Knowledge of basic animal behavior, leash-walking skills, and experience with varied temperaments is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle pets of various sizes and temperaments.
• Passion for animals and a genuine interest in their well-being.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to varying schedules.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Additional Skills:

• Certification in pet care, grooming, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of first aid for animals.
