Work Environment

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while still providing access to a supportive team of professionals. You will primarily engage with clients through teletherapy but may also work from our outpatient office when necessary. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, leading to the development of effective and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s specific needs, fostering personal growth and resilience.
• Establish and collaborate on therapeutic goals with clients, and regularly assess their progress throughout the treatment journey, ensuring adaptability to changing needs.
• Deliver teletherapy sessions using secure and user-friendly platforms, ensuring clients receive support regardless of location or mobility challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our dedication to professionalism and best practices.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to enhance clinical competencies.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active state license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to practice as a mental health counselor.
• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and creating a safe space for clients.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly in providing telehealth services, is highly valued.

• Knowledge of best practices regarding confidentiality, ethics, and professional conduct.

Compensation and Benefits

• Our competitive salary ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
