About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to lead its global FP&A organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management, with a focus on aligning these activities with the company's growth, investment priorities, and profitability goals. This role involves acting as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, leading performance reviews, and providing financial insights to support operating decisions and investment prioritization. The SVP will also be at the forefront of the evolution of FP&A, leading the adoption of modern tools and AI-enabled operating models, and will play a key role in M&A activities and enterprise value creation initiatives. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, including senior FP&A roles in a global, publicly traded environment. A proven track record in leading FP&A organizations, strong commercial acumen, and deep analytical capability are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving transformation, particularly in the areas of systems, analytics, or AI-enabled finance capabilities, and a background in AdTech or advertising services within a larger, complex, global company. The role requires a leader with demonstrated executive presence, the ability to influence at the Board and C-suite level, and a strong focus on financial governance, performance frameworks, and proactive risk and opportunity management.
