About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Finance to take on a pivotal role in leading the financial strategy and analysis across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key business strategy initiatives, developing financial forecasts, and providing senior leadership with actionable insights. This includes leading cross-functional and firmwide projects, managing the creation of financial reporting, and assessing key financial drivers to inform business decisions. The role demands a dynamic leader with a hands-on approach, exceptional commercial judgment, and a track record of supporting executive-level decision-making. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in strategic finance or related roles, with a background in alternative asset management, investment banking, or similar environments. A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in financial modeling, be adept at both high-level strategy and detailed financial work, and possess excellent communication skills for presenting to senior audiences. Experience in managing sensitive information with discretion and professionalism is also a key requirement for this role. The Senior Vice President of Finance will be instrumental in building and enhancing scalable models, tools, and reporting frameworks to improve data quality, efficiency, and decision support within the organization.
