Role Summary This part‑time Accounting Intern will assist with clean‑up projects in Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable (AR) and Unclaimed Property. The position offers hands‑on experience in asset management, cash handling and audit preparation. Major Responsibilities Basic account reconciliations Match AR to cash transactions Review fixed‑asset schedules and update as needed Support customer service and the PHP accounting team with unclaimed property Assist with pulling, compiling and uploading audit support for statutory and external audits Respond to ad‑hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders Required Competencies Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Excel – ability to review large amounts of data Follow direction Minimum Qualifications Junior or senior level student Preferred Qualifications Previous accounting internship experience Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables) Compensation Hourly rate range: $18.50 to $18.50. #J-18808-Ljbffr SupportFinity™
