CNC Machinist

JOB TITLE: CNC Machinist II (1st Shift)
PAY RANGE : $32 - $37 + $5K Sign-On | SHIFT: 1st Shift M-F 6A - 2:30P

QUICK SUMMARY
We areseeking a skilled CNC Machinist II to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a machinist with strong setup and programming experience who enjoys solving complex machining challenges in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.

You'll work on precision components across industries including aerospace, defense, medical, robotics, and industrial applications while continuing to expand your machining and programming capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Program, setup, and machine precision components
• Setup and run CNC machines
• Perform multi-axis machining operations
• Modify programs and improve machining efficiency
• Read complex blueprints and inspect parts to tolerance
• Build fixtures and optimize tooling
• Support process improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS :

• High School Diploma required
• 2-year Machining Degree preferred
• 5+ years of relevant setup and programming experience in a related industry
• Multi-axis CNC machining
• Tight tolerance machining
• Fusion 360 or similar CAM platforms
• Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
