Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full-time Spa Manager for our full-service spa. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, growth-minded, and has a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about wellness, team development, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Spa Manager Performance Will Be Based on the Following Metrics:
- Membership Conversion
- Revenue Growth
- Recruiting & Team Development
- Operations Excellence
What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
- 2–3 years of management experience in the salon, spa, retail, or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights and one weekend day
- Ability to promote the benefits of massage and skincare services
- Experience motivating teams to achieve performance goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily spa operations and staff performance
- Drive membership sales and client retention
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop spa associates
- Monitor scheduling, productivity, and revenue goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns
- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture
