Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Farmington Hills is hiring a Spa Manager with a strong background in team leadership and business operations. We're looking for a results-oriented professional who can drive performance, develop people, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Who You Are:
You have 25 years of proven leadership experience, managing teams in customer-focused environments like wellness, retail, or hospitality.
You know how to set goals, manage performance, and hold people accountable.
You're confident using sales data, KPIs, and scheduling tools to drive efficiency and profitability.
You lead with clarity and empathy, and you're passionate about team development and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily spa operations: staff scheduling, front desk performance, inventory, and cleanliness standards.
Set clear goals tied to membership sales, client retention, and service quality.
Hire, train, and mentor team members to create a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
Analyze business metrics to make informed decisions and hit revenue targets.
Develop and execute local marketing and outreach strategies to grow the client base.
Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
