Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving physical, social, and mental functions.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team in the delivery of care to patient groups.
• Evaluates patient progress and adjusts treatment plans as necessary.
• Educates patients and their families concerning the treatment process and goals.
