I'm Ryan Jaiswal at Distinct Recruitment, hiring a Commercial Litigation Associate in Miami for a firm with a sophisticated commercial practice. This is commercial litigation, not insurance defense: business disputes where the facts are complex and the writing has to be excellent.

• Business torts, including fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims

\n

• Disputes between shareholders, partners and members of closely held companies

• Commercial real estate and lease litigation

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience

\n

• Strong academics (essential)

\n

• Florida Bar admission

\n

Working arrangement and pay

\n

\n

• Hybrid, based in Miami

\n

• $140,000 to $200,000. The range is purposely broad, with flex for the right candidate if their experience warrants it
