ETL QA Tester - 100% RemoteContract: 8/14/2023 - 2/28/2025We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Tester with experience in testing ETL/ELT, Data Warehouse, and Cloud Applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our data is accurately and efficiently migrated from various sources into our data warehouse, as part of an agile scrum team.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily:Work with product owners and scrum team to understand acceptance criteria and translate them into test casesExecute ETL test cases to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrityIdentify, document, and track defects in ETL processesDevelop and maintain ETL testing scripts using SQL and other automation toolsParticipate in all scrum activitiesEducation / ExperienceBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in ETL/ELT testing, Data Warehouse, and Cloud ApplicationsTechnical SkillsProficient in SQL and other automation testing toolsExperience with Agile development methodologyExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in testing Cloud applications like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plusSkills & AbilitiesA technically inclined, self-starter who is detail-orientedStrong written and oral communication and presentation skillsStrong organization, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
