Location Hybrid opportunity based in the Salt Lake City, Utah area, Austin, Texas area, or Reno, Nevada area, offering flexibility while maintaining strong client relationships and in‑person collaboration when needed. Note: Candidates must have an active bar license in the jurisdiction where they will practice and possess at least 3+ years of family law attorney experience. Attorneys with 5+ years of family law experience are strongly preferred. Job Description Handle a broad range of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, modifications, and related disputes. Manage cases from intake through resolution. Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, and correspondence. Represent clients in mediation, hearings, and trials when necessary. Provide exceptional client communication and guidance throughout the legal process. Collaborate with support staff to maximize efficiency and client service. Participate in networking and business development activities with firm support. Build and maintain referral relationships and professional visibility. Deliver strong advocacy while helping clients navigate challenging situations. Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. Active bar license in Utah, Texas, or Nevada, depending on office location. 3+ years of family law attorney experience required. Strong legal writing and communication skills. Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships. Trial and mediation experience preferred. Business development mindset and desire to grow a practice.
