Revenue Analyst

Quantitative Analyst – Business Intelligence Here at The Family Security Plan, we are building a Business Intelligence team focused on driving business decisions through data. This role focuses on applying analytical thinking to real business problems and developing, implementing and improving models that guide business decision making and operations. This position requires someone who is comfortable working through ambiguity, forming reasonable assumptions, and focusing on the key drivers of business outcomes. The role also involves communicating complex analytical concepts in a clear and practical way to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership. Candidates should have a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field, along with experience working with data using SQL. Exposure to forecasting or financial modeling is highly valuable. Experience with tools such as R or Python is beneficial, but the ability to think critically and understand model behavior is more important than any specific toolset. What You’ll Do Own and improve revenue forecasting models used in monthly business planning Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to identify key drivers of revenue Build and refine analytical models that support business decision-making Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations Communicate insights and model logic to leadership in a clear, practical way Continuously improve your work through iteration, testing, and learning What We’re Looking For Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Background in math, statistics, finance, or a related field Experience working with data using SQL Comfort working with forecasting or financial models Ability to explain complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences Curiosity, ownership, and a desire to continuously improve Education Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field preferred Equivalent analytical experience or demonstrated quantitative ability will also be considered Nice to Have Experience with R or Python Exposure to forecasting or predictive modeling Experience working with revenue or financial data Why Join Us Real Impact: Your work directly influences revenue and business decisions Ownership: You will own models and see them evolve over time Growth: Work closely with BI leadership and develop advanced analytical skills Learning Environment: We invest in developing talent and promoting from within Purpose-Driven Work: We help protect families and support financial security The salary range for this position is $70,000–$80,000, with growth opportunities based on performance and impact.
