Commercial HVAC Replacement Sales | $100K+ | Relocate to Sunny South Florida (Stuart)

We are looking for an experienced commercial HVAC professional who knows how to find opportunities, build relationships, and turn customer needs into solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with commercial customers, can manage opportunities from initial site visit through proposal and follow-up, and wants to play an important role in growing our commercial HVAC department.

This is not a seat where leads get handed to you and you close what lands on your desk. We want someone who goes out and creates the work: walking rooftops, earning the trust of building owners and facility managers, and building a pipeline that keeps growing year after year.

What you'll do

• Build and manage a commercial sales pipeline by growing existing accounts, developing new relationships, prospecting for opportunities, and identifying replacement needs within our existing customer base
• Identify opportunities to develop commercial maintenance relationships that create long-term customer value and future replacement opportunities
• Build lasting relationships with building owners, property managers, and facility managers that lead to repeat and referral work
• Perform site surveys and turn your findings into accurate, well-documented proposals
• Present multiple solutions and clearly explain the value of each, so customers can make confident decisions
• Manage your pipeline with disciplined follow-up from first visit to signed contract
• Own your numbers: sales activity, close rate, average sale, and revenue

What you bring

• Proven experience selling commercial HVAC replacement
• Ability to independently walk commercial properties, identify and document rooftop and light commercial equipment, recognize replacement opportunities, and gather the information necessary to develop an accurate proposal
• A track record of creating opportunities, not just responding to them
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
• Comfort being accountable to clear goals, and motivation to beat them
