Design Management Lead
The LiRo Group
The LiRo Group seeks a Design Management Lead to oversee multidisciplinary design for complex transportation, infrastructure, and building projects. In this role, you will coordinate architects, engineers, and consultants, ensuring design quality, constructability, and compliance with codes and client standards. You will manage design reviews, resolve technical issues, and align scope, budget, and schedule with project goals. Working in a collaborative, client-focused environment, you’ll mentor staff, support innovation and problem-solving, and partner closely with construction teams to deliver impactful public and private projects.
