Associate Director HPV Vaccines

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee execution of assigned global and US market research plans for HPV vaccine franchise
• Lead primary market research projects including business question framing, methodology design, and insight delivery
• Evaluate and apply innovative research approaches including AI-assisted synthesis and digital personas
• Manage external research vendors, assess capabilities, and ensure compliance and quality standards
• Engage marketing and commercial teams to integrate research findings into strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's preferred
• Minimum 3 years market research experience; 10-14 years total in related commercial functions
• Deep knowledge of US healthcare environment and operations
• Advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in multiple market research methodologies and study design
• Understanding of AI-powered research approaches and emerging technologies
• Strong project management and vendor oversight skills
