And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Application Consultant to join our Lifecycle Service's team and lead strategic partnership with Distributors / End User Customers. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional with a builder's mentality to reshape and grow the critical market segment of Asset Management and Reliability. You will be instrumental in defining our Asset Management strategy, driving co-sell opportunities, and allowing our field teams to succeed. We ask that you have a blend of commercial experience, technical understanding, and exceptional relationship-building skills.You will report to the NA Manager, Application Consulting and work on a hybrid basis in one of our USA or Canada locations.Your Responsibilities;Strategy & GTM: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for the Distributors / End Customers across NA. Identify key target industries, use cases, and joint solutions inside the Asset Management & Reliability space.Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with partners at Distributors / End-user Customers, including sales leadership and product teams. Pro-actively build trust-based relationships across both internal, Distributors / End-user Customers partners.Pipeline Generation: Drive joint pipeline and revenue growth through co-selling, co-marketing initiatives, and strategic account mapping. Track and report on KPIs related to business opportunities with Rockwell Automation account sales' teams.Commercial Contract Renewal Support: Collaborate with customer success managers on contract renewals.Field Enablement: Act as a Asset Management & Reliability liaison between our sales teams and Distributors / End-user Customers' field organizations. Equip our sales reps with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to effectively sell with Distributors / End User Customers.Program Management: Lead the daily operational cadence of the partnership, including regular business reviews, QBRs, and internal reporting. This also includes the custom proposal generation for customer Asset Management & Reliability Proposals.Thought Leadership: Represent the partnership at industry events, conferences, and internal meetings.Drive Advanced Analytics for End User Customer ROI. Define, implement, and support advanced analytics used to help in the sales qualification for opportunity management. Additionally, these analytics aid in sales advancement for proposal generation and opportunity closure in the AM&R Space in Lifecycle Services.The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, in a relevant fieldLegal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.The ability to travel up to 25% of the time.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:10+ years of experience in business opportunity development/management in solution based selling with a focus on Asset Management & Reliability space.Prior background in Asset Management & Reliability space.You have recent experience working directly with Distributors / End User Customers in an alliance or partnership capacity. You understand Rockwell Automation's Distributors / End User ecosystem, organizational structure, and go-to-market motions. 10+ years of experience working Distributors / End User Customers as a partner.You have a builder's mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and eager to create something new. You are a self-starter who will achieve results.You understand data platforms, cloud technology, and the analytics landscape.
