Our growth creates opportunity for advancement, leadership visibility, and long-term career development while maintaining the supportive, close-knit environment that sets us apart.If you're ready to grow your career while supporting important national missions, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll DoSupport mission-critical programs in secure government environmentsAnalyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality resultsEnsure compliance with contract and security standardsContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performanceMeasure and characterize electromagnetic signatures of foreign radar, communications, and EW devices; assesses transmitted/received RF signals, system performance, vulnerabilities, and friendly detect/identify/track implications.What You BringActive minimum TS clearanceExperience supporting government or DoD programsAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsMinimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's related to the labor category Experience in RF phenomenology; radar; waveform analysis; signal processing; antennas; emitter characterization; EWPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting MSIC and DIA programsAgile, cloud, or modernization experienceBackground in process improvement or analytical servicesCountermeasures ; RCS; RF test equipment; reverse engineering; foreign materiel exploitationCompensation & BenefitsAt Weeghman & Briggs, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
