The Role

Lead all culinary aspects of high-end on- and off-site events under the direction of the Owner and Head Chef. This role balances creative fine-dining execution with structured team leadership and administrative kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities

• Culinary Innovation: Partner with leadership on R&D, bespoke menu development, and direct farm-to-table sourcing.
• Event Execution: Oversee purchasing, prep, and precise plating to deliver world-class tasting experiences.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and mentor the events kitchen team while managing labor efficiency and payroll approval.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain immaculate kitchen organization and strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Michelin-starred or ultra-fine dining restaurants.
• 2+ years of culinary management experience (Sous Chef or above).
• Strong tech literacy, including comfort using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) for scheduling and kitchen management.
• High organizational skills and an "ego-light," collaborative leadership style.
