Alfa Romeo & Maserati of Stuart, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is a luxury dealership dedicated to delivering world-class vehicles and exceptional client experiences. We are seeking a proven dual-role Sales Manager / F&I Manager who can drive front-end and back-end performance while elevating the sales team.

This hands-on leadership position combines variable sales management with full ownership of Finance & Insurance. You will influence deals from desk to delivery, mentor the team, protect our reputation through ethical processes, and maximize profitability in a prestigious luxury environment.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Sales Leadership

• Desk deals, turn over customers, and guide clients to solutions that meet their needs while securing commitment to buy now
• Manage and merchandise used vehicle inventory with strong control, turnover, and presentation
• Accurately appraise customer trades and street purchases
• Fill in for the Variable Sales Manager a minimum of two days per week
• Coach, train, mentor, and elevate the sales staff

 

Finance & Insurance Leadership

• Own the full F&I process with a clean, ethical, and transparent approach
• Deliver consistent high performance while maintaining maximum 3-day Contracts in Transit (C.I.T.)
• Structure deals that balance customer value, compliance, and dealership profitability

 

You will serve as a true steward of Alfa Romeo & Maserati of Stuart and the Murgado Automotive Group—protecting our standards, people, and brand every day.

 

What Success Looks Like

Proven ability to achieve and maintain (track record preferred):

• $2,000+ Front-End Sales PVR
• $3,000+ F&I PVR
• 2.5+ Products Per Unit (PPU)
• Maximum 3-day C.I.T.
• Clean, ethical desking and F&I processes

 

Who You Are

You must have held the following roles:

• F&I Manager or Director
• New Vehicle Sales Management
• Used Vehicle Management
• General Sales Manager

 

You thrive in a dual leadership role, develop people, uphold the highest ethical standards, and consistently deliver strong results in a luxury setting.

 

Preferred Systems Experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office, Tekion DMS, VinSolutions CRM, vAuto IMS, Darwin Menu Presentation Software, RouteOne, DLR DMV / TitleTec, Stone Eagle, iPacket, Manheim / OVE / ACV / OpenLane, and third-party platforms (CarMax Max Offer, Autotrader, CarGurus, Carfax, etc.) is highly desired.
