Sales Account Manager

They're hiring a driven Account Manager to own a territory, win new logos, and grow them. This isn't a transactional copier-sales seat. What you'll be doing Prospecting and winning new business across your territory through phone, email, social, and in-person visits Running discovery and consultative conversations to understand each client's print and IT environment, then designing the right solution Selling the full portfolio, multifunction printers and copiers, managed print, document workflow, and managed IT services Growing and retaining your accounts, turning first deals into long-term, expanding relationships Consistently hitting and beating monthly, quarterly, and annual targetsKeeping your pipeline and activity accurate in the CRM What we're looking for A genuine hunter, you're energized by prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing 2+ years of B2B sales experience (managed print, office technology, IT, or solution sales is a strong plus, but a proven closer from another field will be considered) The relationship instinct to retain and grow accounts long after the first sale Strong communication and presentation skills, and the self-discipline to run a territory independently Curiosity about technology and how it solves real business problems Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (reliable transport for field-based visits) What we offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped new-business commission Residual commission structure for long-term, compounding earnings Medical, dental, and life insurance Short-term disability 401(k) with company match Paid holidays Clear, merited career progression in a growing business Ready to build something that pays you back?
