Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to our team of providers. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and oversee clinicians while maintaining their own patient caseload. Responsibilities include meeting one-on-one with supervised providers to offer clinical guidance and support, overseeing and supporting clinicians' documentation to ensure accuracy and quality, providing ongoing clinical supervision and mentorship to staff, collaborating with the care team to support high-quality patient outcomes, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies. Requirements include an active LCSW or LMHC license, clinical experience, Creole language skills are appreciated, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to balance supervisory responsibilities with patient care duties. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 annually. Preferred qualifications include experience in a supervisory or leadership role and experience supporting clinicians in a clinical setting.
