Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties The Senior Operations Analyst oversees the development and analysis of current organizational plans and metrics to identify, manage, and direct resources to support the SIE. The position plays a pivotal role in the current mission strategies and priorities to support the SOCOM operation. The Senior Operations Analyst advises, develops and integrates best practices into the current IT environment to allow opportunities for improvement. Educational Requirement Bachelor’s Degree. Relevant experience, specifically performance of functions identified in SOW Section 3.4 in support of a Government agency, will be considered in lieu of formal education.
