Description of the role: Gainesville Nissan is seeking a team oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Gainesville, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team and executing strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales team members
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching as needed
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- That you treat people the way you want to be treated
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- You have the desire to WIN!
