Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Employing measurement-based care to inform and guide treatment planning, ensuring that care is both effective and personalized.

• Providing constructive feedback on program curricula and training protocols aimed at improving our therapeutic offerings.

• Documenting all interactions and treatment plans thoroughly and in a timely manner to uphold clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting children and adolescents facing anxiety and related disorders. You will utilize a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients navigate their challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

• A Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A full independent counselor license (LPCC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
