Software Engineer

Job Title Software Engineer – ETAP Infrastructure Location Irvine, CA Employment Type Full-Time Overview The primary responsibility of this position is to implement and maintain software infrastructure used to support advanced electrical system modeling and virtual metering applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain integrations between core electrical system applications and supporting systems. Develop and maintain interfaces that connect internal software with web‑based applications. Build and support REST APIs for cloud‑based companion applications. Ensure all software systems comply with cybersecurity and data protection requirements. Minimum Requirements Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of professional software development experience. Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio. Proficiency in C++ and C#. Preferred Skills Experience developing software for electrical systems. Strong understanding of linear algebra. Salary Range $74,000.00 – $123,000.00 annually. Final compensation may vary within the range based on location, experience, skills, and education.
