Director, Solutions Marketing - Women's Health and Rare Disease

Labcorp seeks a Director of Solutions Marketing for women's health and rare diseases to lead portfolio strategy, sales enablement, and team development. The role drives diagnostic innovation positioning, competitive intelligence, and commercial alignment while leveraging AI to enhance marketing workflows and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management on sales enablement tools, messaging, playbooks, and competitive intelligence
- Assess scientific trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to refine portfolio strategy
- Establish portfolio KPIs and dashboards; provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Lead and develop Portfolio Marketers team, building capabilities in positioning and scientific narrative
- Use AI to accelerate portfolio analysis, competitive monitoring, and sales enablement preparation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years product management or portfolio marketing strategy in healthcare
- Experience in diagnostics or healthcare sectors
- 3+ years working in women's health
- Proficiency configuring and managing AI agents for portfolio marketing workflows
- Strong scientific rigor and strategic thinking capabilities
