Client Analyst

The Client Analyst will partner with senior Relationship Managers, Associates, and other Analysts to support the client team in achieving their day‑to‑day goals of servicing institutional clients and managing internal administrative tasks and projects. This position will provide valuable insights into the Neuberger Berman Institutional Client Group business. Responsibilities Partner with Associates on day‑to‑day servicing tasks to ensure RMs goals are met. Prepare meetings, organize team coverage lists, coordinate mass mailing efforts, and handle institutional clients’ requests. Assist in creating presentations by gathering product and firm information and generating materials specific to client/prospect interests. Support team with consultant contact management, including CRM maintenance. Assist with new business pipeline through consultants’ updates and internal reporting updates. Support RMs in coordination and production of RFPs; liaise with the RFP team to meet deadlines and requirements. Participate in team projects to enhance internal service procedures in accordance with industry best practices. Qualifications 1 to 2 years of professional experience; asset management experience preferred. Strong academic achievement in an undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or related disciplines. Highly motivated, team‑player eager to work on a wide range of projects. Intact integrity and interest in financial markets and investment strategy. Ability to work well with professionals at all levels in a high‑pressure environment. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and follow‑up skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills. Excellent presentation, business writing, and oral communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Series SIE, 7, 66, and 31 licenses required within the first year of employment. Progress toward additional accreditations such as CAIA, CFA, MBA is encouraged. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country of the role without current or future sponsorship. Compensation The salary range for this role is $80,000–$100,000. The range may be modified in the future and is only applicable for jobs performed in the posting location. Benefits Discretionary bonus, base salary, and retirement contributions.
