Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of the largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished EPIC COGITO & RADAR Analyst.

Position: EPIC COGITO & RADAR Analyst (Job Id -2874401)

Duration: 2 Months + Possible Extension

Technical Skills and Experience:

• Epic Certification: Certified in Epic Cogito, Radar, and/or Reporting Workbench. Additional certifications in Epic modules related to reporting, such as Clarity and Caboodle, are beneficial.
• Experience with Epic Systems: Hands-on experience with Epic’s Cogito suite, including Radar dashboards and Reporting Workbench. Proficiency in Epic Clarity and Caboodle databases for reporting.
• SQL and Data Management: Strong SQL skills for querying relational databases and creating complex reports. Experience with ETL processes.
• Report Development: Experience developing and maintaining reports and dashboards within Epic. Ability to translate clinical, business, and regulatory requirements into reporting solutions.
• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and visualization tools.
• Healthcare Industry Experience: Understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical and administrative processes, and regulatory requirements. Experience in hospital or large healthcare systems preferred.
• Clinical and Operational Reporting: Knowledge of KPIs and metrics used in healthcare. Ability to create reports supporting clinical decision-making, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Regulatory and Quality Reporting:

• Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) and reporting requirements. Understanding CMS reporting standards.
• Quality Reporting: Experience with programs like Meaningful Use, MACRA, MIPS, and HEDIS. Ability to develop reports and dashboards to improve quality and patient outcomes.
• Accreditation and Certification Reporting: Knowledge of reporting for accreditation bodies such as MIPS, NCQA, and others. Experience preparing data for audits and certifications.

Certification requirements:

Certified in Epic Cogito, Radar, and/or Reporting Workbench. Additional certifications like Clarity, Caboodle, and Regulatory/Quality badges are beneficial.
