Soldering Assembler Automation Personnel Services is hiring a dependable Soldering Assembler inAddison, TX. In this role, you will be responsible forsoldering components to PC boards and performing other electrical related assembly procedures. Pay Rate $18.00 per hour. Schedule and Hours 1st shift Monday through Friday 6:00AM to 2:30PM Soldering Assembler Duties and Responsibilities Work with very small components and place them in the correct position in exactly the right holes in the PC. Soldering experience with thru-hole is a must. Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals. Soldering Assembler Requirements and Qualifications Previous Soldering Experience Dexterity and good eyesight are essential to being able to work with small components Must be a high school graduate. Knowledge of soldering. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Prior Assembly/manufacturing experience Reliable attendance and punctuality. Must be able to speak and understand instructions given in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Type Temp to hire, based on attendance and performance.
