Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) fluency is a major advantage for this role. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Eventual Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licensing will be needed. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
