Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history as well as their overall mental health status.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that address not only addiction but also co-occurring mental health issues.

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborating closely with other treatment professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Educating and involving clients’ families in the recovery process to promote understanding and support.

• Documenting all client interactions and treatment progress accurately, in compliance with legal and ethical regulations.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must hold:

• A valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
