=Role: SDR Manager Location: Miami, Florida Salary: 150k - 170k Package, depending on experience. The Role They're looking for an experienced SDR Manager to build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives based in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving pipeline generation, coaching their team to consistently hit targets, and working closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine outbound strategy. Day-to-day: Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to consistently exceed pipeline and meeting-generation targets Own the outbound prospecting strategy — messaging, sequencing, tooling, and territory planning Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align on ideal customer profiles, campaigns, and lead handoff processes Track, analyse, and report on team KPIs (activity, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) and use data to continuously improve performance Build a strong coaching cadence — call reviews, role-plays, 1:1s — to develop reps' skills and support career progression Champion best practice in outbound sales tooling (CRM, sales engagement platforms, intent data) Foster a high-energy, collaborative, and accountable team culture What They’re Looking For 3+ years of frontline sales management experience, ideally within a Mid-Market SaaS environment. Proven experience managing or leading an SDR/BDR team, ideally within B2B technology, IT services, or enterprise software A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline generation targets Strong coaching and people‑leadership skills — energised by developing others Comfortable working with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar) Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (additional European languages a plus) Experience operating in a large, matrixed, global organisation is an advantage What’s On Offer Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus Hybrid working model based in Miami.
