Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Position SummaryAs the IT Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our corporate strategic and large transformational projects to ensure it meets committed cost, timelines, and quality standards. We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team and lead the transformation of project management practices. This role is a great fit for someone who excels in managing complex technical projects, vendor relationships, and embraces Agile principles, including Scrum. You will report to the IT Director PMO. This job is on-site in Fort Mill, SC.Essential Functions:• Implementation and Integration:o Lead the implementation of Oracle/Microsoft projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processeso Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop specifications, and ensure the solution meets business needso Coordinate with Oracle and other third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of services• Project Planning and Management:o Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocationo Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and deliver projects within budget.o Define project success criteria and communicate them to involved parties throughout the project lifecycle• Jira Administration, Team Leadership and Collaboration: o Administer, configure, and optimize Jira Cloud to support project, workflow, permission, and automation needs across technology teamso Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction and support to team memberso Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environmento Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management• Risk Management: o Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks o Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project continuity• Change Management:o Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of Oracle Field Serviceso Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful system utilization• Vendor Management:o Identify and engage with third-party vendors and suppliers to support program and project needso Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery of goods and services• Stakeholder Communicationo Be the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring open and transparent communicationo Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
