Education Coordinator

To support training initiatives, the full-time remote Education Coordinator will manage documentation, assist in scheduling training events, and ensure compliance with continuing education certification requirements. Key responsibilities Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence related to training events Assist in scheduling, staffing, and managing training events while providing technical support to attendees Ensure compliance with continuing education requirements and prepare necessary certifications and documentation Required qualifications Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience required Intermediate skills in software packages including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Salesforce, and online conferencing platforms Ability to obtain and maintain a T1/Public Trust background check Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to meet deadlines Virtual Vocations Inc
