Social Media CoordinatorPosition Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to help manage, create, schedule, and grow social media content across multiple platforms for our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create engaging content, follow brand guidelines, manage multiple accounts, and use social media to build visibility, authority, and engagement.

The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with our social media, content, video, and account management teams to execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube .

Must have experience working in a agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish social media content across multiple client accounts.
• Manage content calendars and ensure posts are published accurately and on schedule.
• Write captions, social copy, headlines, and calls to action.
• Assist with creating short-form video content, including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
• Repurpose blogs, videos, client updates, FAQs, and other content into social media posts.
• Coordinate graphics, video, and creative assets with designers and video editors.
• Research trending topics, formats, hashtags, and content opportunities.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and account activity.
• Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand authority.
• Review social media analytics and identify what content is performing best.
• Assist with monthly reporting and content recommendations.
• Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Stay current on changes to social media platforms, algorithms, AI tools, and content trends.

AI & Content Creation

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools as part of the content creation process .

Responsibilities may include:

• Using AI tools to generate content ideas, captions, hooks, scripts, and post variations.
• Improving AI-generated content so it sounds natural, accurate, and aligned with each client's brand.
• Using AI for research, content repurposing, competitive analysis, and brainstorming.
• Understanding when AI can improve efficiency and when human editing and judgment are required.

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar AI-powered content tools is required

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and content calendars.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take direction while also bringing new ideas to the team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a digital marketing, advertising, or social media agency .
• Experience managing multiple client social media accounts simultaneously.
• Experience with Canva or other graphic design platforms.
• Basic video editing experience.
• Experience with social media scheduling and management platforms.
• Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow efficiency.
