Digital Marketing Manager

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support a creative and dynamic team. Our client, a leading platform for small businesses and creators, is looking for a talented professional to lead influencer and creator network partnerships in a hybrid role based in Brooklyn. This is a Temp position that offers the opportunity to drive impactful campaigns and collaborate across multiple teams. Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to grow and manage creator and affiliate network partnerships, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI. Oversee the planning and implementation of creator campaigns, including testing promotional tactics and optimizing partner performance. Build and nurture ongoing relationships with network partners, managing day-to-day communications and platform initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Analytics to improve partnership capabilities and program integrations. Monitor network performance, analyze creator and campaign metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Digital Marketing Manager Qualifications: 4-6+ years of experience in creator, influencer, and affiliate marketing roles within an organization or agency. Strong familiarity with creator commerce and affiliate platforms like LTK, ShopMy, YouTube Affiliates, and others. Deep understanding of creator economics, affiliate models, and performance attribution. Proven ability to develop strategic relationships and execute successful marketing campaigns.
