Event Sales Coordinator

Role Description The Event Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Secaucus, NJ. This role is responsible for supporting event-driven sales opportunities by coordinating logistics, communicating with clients, and ensuring a high level of customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with event planning and execution, preparing sales materials, managing event calendars, and order tracking inquiries and client follow-ups. The Event Sales Coordinator will collaborate with internal sales and logistics teams to align event goals with sales objectives, maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and respond promptly to client and partner requests. The role also involves representing ROYCE New York at events and trade shows, supporting product displays, and contributing ideas to enhance event effectiveness and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Experience or interest in Event Planning and Event Management for sales or brand-focused events.
• Ability to support Sales activities, including lead follow-up, relationship building, and basic sales administration.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple events or tasks simultaneously.
• Comfort working on-site in Secaucus, NJ and occasionally during extended or flexible hours to support event schedules.
• Proficiency with common office software and digital tools;
  experience with CRM or event management platforms is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset, professionalism in client interactions, and commitment to a respectful, inclusive work environment.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, events, or sales coordination is beneficial;
  an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
