The Opportunity - Restaurant Manager in Wilmington, DE

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Wilmington, DE location. This is a hands-on, floor-driven leadership role for a manager who can run a great shift, develop a strong team, and help drive sales and guest satisfaction in a busy, scratch environment. The ideal candidate is a true restaurant manager - comfortable leading both FOH and BOH/kitchen operations.

This Restaurant Manager opportunity in Wilmington, DE reports directly to the General Manager and is a key part of the management team.

What You'll Do as Restaurant Manager:

• Lead both FOH and BOH operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences during high-volume service
• Train, coach, and motivate a team of 30+ hourly team members and supervisors in both service and kitchen execution
• Partner with GM and culinary team on staffing, scheduling, labor and cost controls, inventory, and food quality
• Uphold standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Jump in where needed - expo, line check, guest recovery, or managing a busy service
• Drive sales through hospitality, community involvement, and operational excellence
• Own opening/closing responsibilities and problem-solve in real time

What You Bring:

• 2+ years as a Restaurant Manager, AGM, and KM / Kitchen Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant (polished casual / casual fine dining / scratch kitchen preferred)
• Ideal candidate has both FOH and kitchen experience - you understand service AND back-of-house execution, food cost, and kitchen systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest recovery skills
• Working knowledge of P&L, labor management, inventory, and restaurant systems
• Passion for hospitality, coaching, and building culture
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
