Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status and needs upon entering the detox center.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the unique experiences of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and secure clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.

• Collaborating effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to provide comprehensive multidisciplinary care for clients.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss ongoing patient care, share insights, and address challenges proactively.

• Educating and supporting patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available therapeutic resources in the community.

• Staying current with developments and best practices in the field of mental health to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a diverse clientele, including adults undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. You will apply a patient-centered approach to address co-occurring mental health disorders, offering holistic care that accounts for each individual’s unique circumstances and background.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.
\n
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in a mental health or addiction treatment setting.

• Demonstrable proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques, particularly solution-focused interventions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills relevant to mental health care.

• The ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment while maintaining client-focused objectives.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with individuals in detox or rehabilitation settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
