ABOUT THE ROLE 3S Americas is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all aspects of Human Resources across its U.S. operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for building scalable HR programs, driving talent acquisition, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring effective HR operations across field service, engineering, manufacturing, sales, operations, and corporate functions. Partnering closely with executive leadership, the Human Resources Director will help shape the organization, develop a strong people strategy, and build a high-performing culture to support the company\'s continued growth. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the Human Resources function for the 3S Americas organization. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business growth. Closely collaborate with Senior Leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and people/culture strategy. Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, field service, operations, sales, and leadership positions. Develop effective sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines. Manage external recruiting partners and hiring processes. HR Operations Oversee the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding. Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Maintain and align global HR policies, employee records, and HR systems. Performance & Talent Development Lead the implementation of performance review and goal-setting processes. Coach managers on employee performance and development. Support succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives, leading to employee satisfaction. Improve HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency. Monitor HR metrics and provide recommendations or strategies to leadership. Build and develop the U.S. HR team as the organization grows. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. 5–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience with broad exposure across multiple HR disciplines. Experience supporting field service, construction, industrial services, equipment rental, elevator, automotive, manufacturing, or other engineering-driven organizations. Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices. Experience supporting business leaders in a fast-paced, growing organization. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. PREFERRED SKILLS Experience working in a global or cross-cultural business environment. Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus. Mandarin Chinese language skills will also be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
