Employee Relations Paralegal - Investigations & Compliance
Work Shield
Work Shield is seeking an Employee Relations Paralegal to join the Investigations Team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will support employee relations and workplace investigations while maintaining administrative reporting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in paralegal or employee relations work, proficiency in case management systems, and will be responsible for managing sensitive incidents with professionalism.
