Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and clinical training to conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments and formulate independent diagnoses for clients.

• Collaborate closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and health needs.

• Apply a range of evidence-based therapeutic methods, including motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and behavioral activation, to promote sustainable behavioral change.

• Work in tandem with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Monitor and track patient progress toward treatment objectives through virtual or in-person sessions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.

• Support and manage clients’ psychotropic medication adherence, ensuring the monitoring of side effects and treatment efficacy under medical supervision.
