Senior Sales Executive - Private Markets

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Sales Executive – Private Markets. This position falls under our Cross Border line of business and is located in New York City. In this role, you will be a key member in creating the Private Markets sales function through business development & developing your network in the Private Markets space. You will report directly to Private Markets Risk Management Strategist and regularly collaborate with Corporate FX, Partnerships and Dealing teams.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Owning the full origination pipeline across an assigned territory of fund managers, from initial qualification through to mandate, while maintaining CRM discipline to ensure reliable forecasting.

• Running long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in the field, covering deep discovery of fund structure and exposure, solution positioning against incumbent bank coverage, and commercial negotiation of pricing and documentation.

• Building durable relationships with GP finance leadership, including CFOs, COOs, Heads of Treasury and Finance Directors, as well as fund administrators, depositaries and counsel who influence decision-making.

• Presenting structured hedging, banking and fund finance solutions with authority to audiences ranging from operations and finance teams through to investment committee and partner level.

• Coordinating with credit, structuring, dealing, onboarding, legal and operations teams to shape deal strategy and set client expectations on facility sizing, documentation and implementation timelines.

• Tracking fundraising activity, deployment trends, rate and currency market dynamics, and competitor positioning to sharpen territory strategy and target the right managers at the right point in the fund lifecycle.

• Preparing pricing proposals, hedging analyses, term sheets and tailored materials that equip fund CFOs with the information required to take recommendations to their investment committee or board.

• Meeting or exceeding territory revenue, new mandate and wallet share growth targets through disciplined field execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must possess an established, high-value network and knowledge across alternative investment managers, private equity (PE) sponsors, real estate, infrastructure or private debt.

• Proven ability to originate institutional relationships specifically tailored to complex fund structures, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), and portfolio companies.

• Track record of end-to-end institutional business development, with a focus on cross-border transactions, multicurrency accounts, and global corporate payments.

• Deep technical understanding of foreign exchange risk management, including transaction, translation, and balance sheet exposure across fund cycles.

• Expertise in pitching derivative solutions (FX forwards, options, and swaps) alongside interest rate risk management strategies.

Pay Transparency

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depending on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $118,300 – 150,000 plus OTE.
