Loan Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end loan lifecycle activities including transaction onboarding, amendments, restructurings, funding coordination, invoicing, rate setting, income and expense processing, and cash reconciliations Review and manage legal documentation supporting loan onboarding and ongoing administration activities Develop and refine operational processes to support new investment structures and evolving portfolio needs Deliver loan data and contribute to the development of proprietary internal systems and reporting specifications Respond to borrower audit requests and support ongoing diligence efforts Prepare investor and portfolio performance reporting materials Treasury Operations Execute daily cash positioning, liquidity management, and bank account reconciliations Manage banking relationships and fund financing activities, including funding requests and covenant reporting requirements Support cash management processes including liquidity planning and treasury oversight Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency across financing activities Own fund administration processes including reporting, ticketing, reconciliations, and audit support Coordinate monthly and quarterly close activities related to treasury and financing operations Work cross-functionally with finance, asset management, investment, and external counterparties to support business objectives Contribute to operational and infrastructure initiatives across the platform Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree a plus 8–10 years of experience within asset management, private equity, private credit, lending institutions, investment banking, or commercial banking environments Strong knowledge of loan products, financing structures, and treasury operations Hands‑on experience with cash management, liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and complex data analysis Proven ability to manage relationships with banks, fund administrators, auditors, and external stakeholders Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with sound judgment under pressure Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Detail‑oriented team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment This opportunity offers broad exposure across financing operations, treasury management, fund administration, and portfolio activities within a highly collaborative investment platform. #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Search
