Trailer Mechanic — Williston, NDPoff's Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Trailer Mechanic to join our growing Williston shop. If you enjoy diagnosing and repairing trailers, performing structural repairs, and ensuring equipment is safe and road-ready, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoInspect, diagnose, and repair commercial trailers and semi-trailersRepair and replace suspension components, axles, hubs, wheel seals, brakes, and air brake systemsPerform electrical repairs, including lighting and wiringComplete welding and fabrication repairs on trailer frames, floors, doors, and structural componentsPerform preventative maintenance and DOT inspectionsDocument completed repairs and communicate maintenance recommendationsMaintain a clean and organized work areaWho You AreExperience repairing commercial trailers or heavy equipmentKnowledge of trailer brake systems, suspension, bearings, and electrical systemsWelding and fabrication experience preferredAbility to diagnose problems and perform repairs efficientlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyDependable and able to work independentlyThe Work EnvironmentOur Midland shop services commercial trailers used throughout the Permian Basin.
