Finance & Accounting Manager - Growth, Close & Cash Flow

We're working with a growing business in the beauty industry that's looking to add an Accounting & Finance Manager to its US team. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting while supporting the continued development of finance processes as the business grows. This is a broad, hands-on role covering financial reporting, month-end close, cash flow, inventory accounting, COGS and operational finance. You'll also work closely with the global team to support reporting, systems improvements and ongoing process development. Key Responsibilities Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual close process. Prepare financial statements, reconciliations and supporting schedules. Maintain accurate financial records in line with US GAAP. Coordinate with external CPA firms on tax, compliance and audit requirements. Monitor cash flow and support forecasting activities. Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Manage inventory accounting and COGS. Prepare monthly financial reporting and performance analysis. Support intercompany reporting and communication with the global finance team. Assist with ERP implementation and finance system improvements. Develop accounting processes and internal controls. Support payroll coordination and finance administration where required. About You You'll have experience managing full-cycle accounting and be confident working across both accounting and operational finance. You'll also bring: Strong financial reporting experience. Knowledge of US GAAP. Experience managing cash flow. Experience with inventory accounting and COGS. Experience working with external accountants and auditors. Previous experience within beauty, consumer goods, retail or another product-led business would be advantageous.
