I have become lifelong friends with this team, and I can happily say I love my job and enjoy coming to work.” -Arrow Team Member Position Executive Director – Full time Location: Ballwin, Missouri Salary Range: $106,000 – $137,000 Shift Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00‑5:00 with MOD rotation and on call Workplace: The Henry Senior Living Wentzville, 785 Henry Ave, Ballwin, MO 63011 Responsibilities Be a Visionary: communicate the community’s direction, business plans, and sales strategies. Operate as a Management Mechanic: keep the community’s operations running smoothly. Serve as a Resident Receptor: anticipate and manage resident satisfaction needs. Act as an Entrepreneurial Steward: run the community like a mini‑business. Qualifications At least 21 years old. Two years of college or three years of experience in residential care for the elderly (or equivalent). Active Missouri LANHA or RCAL license in good standing. Knowledge of care and supervision requirements for residents. Knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations. Ability to maintain or supervise financial and other records. Leadership to direct others and achieve measurable growth and satisfaction. Good character and reputation for personal integrity. Additional Competencies Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents. Positive and energetic attitude who loves residents. Computer skills for printing documents and entering information into systems. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling for brief periods. Capable of frequently lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. Comfortable sitting at a desk for six to eight hours a day; primarily sedentary. Criminally cleared.
